RATTLE YOUR BONES is an important advancement in diploid Sculpted forms. Registered as both Sculpted cristate and pleated, this stunning, diploid, crimson red Sculpted form is a step forward to seeing what we have observed in registered Sculpted tetraploids, beautifully Sculpted flowers combining pleating, relief and cristation. The pleating begins deep in a grass green throat and extends outward across the dark crimson red petals. The red cristate fins and flutes rise from the sides of the pleat and are edged in white. Blooms are 6 to 7 inches depending on the amount of curl in the sepals and petals. RATTLE YOUR BONES has 35" tall scapes with 3 way branching and 14 - 17 buds. A mid season bloomer, both an early morning and cold morning opener, RATTLE YOUR BONES is easily fertile both ways and produces large decorative seedpods.
