(Rich 2026) Tet, Dor, Mid - Late, 6 3/4" bloom, 32" tall, 4 & 5 way br, 20 - 28 buds, Fragrant
The lightly fragrant 6 3/4" smooth ivory blooms of BENTLEY'S SNOWFLAKES have a heavily ruffled yellow edge and deep green throat. The petals are nicely recurved with heavy substance and open perfectly even on those cool late summer mornings. Impressive 32" scapes with widely spaced 4 & 5 way branching produce 20 - 28 buds. Gently arched dormant foliage stays green well into fall. Bloom starts in the mid season and continues through late season. Fertile both ways.

(Rich 2026) Sculpted cristate and pleated, Tet, Dor, Mid - Late, 6 3/4" bloom, 31" tall, 3 & 4 way br, 16 - 21 buds
From the first group of seedlings to bloom out of POSEIDON'S HORSES came this orchid lavender beauty. Lavender pink cristation travels upward from a large green throat onto the pleated petals. The ruffled petal edge is lined in pink. Inheriting hardy dormant plant habit from both parents, the tall 31" scapes have nicely spaced 3 & 4 way branching and carry 16 - 21 buds. Out of two of my favorite sculpted introductions, GOOD TROUBLE is fertile both ways and producing some very exciting Sculpted cristate kids.
FEEL THE THUNDER x POSEIDON'S HORSES
Located in Ryegate, VT, Ticklenaked Pond is a beautiful and relaxing place for summer vacationing. The name may seem a bit naughty, but it's actually thought to be the mispronunciation of an Algonquin word, tickennecket, meaning "place of little beavers". The daylily, TICKLENAKED POND, has vibrant 5 " saturated violet rose blooms with a lavender purple watermark. The recurved round blooms are held atop 36" tall scapes with wide 4 way branching. A mid - late bloomer TICKLENAKED POND is a CMO (cold morning opener) ensuring the blooms open perfectly well past those warm summer days. Easily fertile both ways.
